5,6,7,8   Step L foot forward (bend L knee slightly to prepare for turn),

          turn 360 R on L foot, swinging R foot around in front of body,

          step R foot forward, turn 180 R to step back on L foot.

          rock forward onto R.

         change weight to L & 'pop' R knee.
