1-4  Step forward on R, step L behind R, step forward on R, hold

5-8  Step forward on L, step R behind L, step forward on L, touch R foot beside L


1-4  Step back on R, turn 1/2 L stepping out on L, step forward on R, hold

5-8  Step forward on L, step R behind L, step forward on L, touch R foot beside L


1-4  Step R to R side, twisting both heels to L then centre, cross R in front of L,

     hold

5-8  Step L to L side, twisting both heels to R then centre, cross L in front of R,

     hold


1-4  Step forward on R, pivot 1/2 L, step forward on R, hold

5-8  Step forward on L, pivot 1/2 R, step forward on L, hold


1-4  Step R foot to R, step L behind R, step R foot to R,

     turn 1/2 L with a scuff on R foot

5-8  Step L foot to L, step R behind L, step L foot to L,

     turn 1/4 L with a scuff on R foot


1-4  Cross R foot over L, step L foot to L side, turn 1/4 R stepping onto R foot, hold

5-8  Cross L foot over R, step R to R side, step L foot beside R, hold

     turn 1/2 R with a scuff on L foot

Notes: While facing the 2nd wall, do the 1st 8 counts of the dance instead of the last

8 counts (You'll know by the music).

At the start of the 4th and 8th wall, slow down with music until you stop. Making a

1/2 turn R restart dance on 5th and 9th wall with the word "Forward".

At the start of the 10th wall, do the 1st 16 counts of the dance. Then repeat again

until you finish the dance on looking back while dragging L foot up to R.
