FIBROSIS SOCIETY WAS THE TOTAL BENEFICIARY OF THIS MARATHON IN 2000 AND MATILDA

CONTINUES TO SUPPORT THIS WORTHWHILE FUND.

&       Step L beside R

1,2     Rock/step back on R, Rock forward on L

3&4     Shuffle forward R,L,R

5&6     Making 1/2 turn right shuffle backwards L,R,L

7&8     Step back on R, Step L beside R, Step fwd on R (coaster step)


9,10    Walk forward L,R 

11&12   Step fwd on L, Step R beside L, Step back on L (fwd coaster step)

13&14   Step back on R, Step L beside R, Step fwd on R (coaster step)

&15,16  Step L beside R, Step fwd on R, Making 1/4 turn left transfer weight to L


17&18   Rock/step fwd on R, Rock back on L, Step back on R

19&20   Rock/step back on L, Rock fwd on R, Step fwd on L

&       Step R beside L

21,22   Rock/step L to left, Rock R to right

&       Step L behind R

23&24   Cross shuffle to the left R,L,R


&       Making 1/4 turn right step back on L

CHOREOGRAPHERS NOTE:

This is such a sweet and sour song. I'm sure we can all relate to the way in which

kids muck up their words and Cystic Fibrosis certainly does sound like 65 roses

phonetically.  Unfortunately it is more akin to the thorns on the rose than the

velvety petals or the beautiful smell  - as anyone who knows anything about Cystic

Fibrosis will attest. 

Hope you  enjoy this dance - and spare a thought for all those folk

who are affected by '65 Roses'.
