1&2&    Jump both feet out, jump both feet together, jump both feet back,

        slap both hands on thighs

3&4&    Step forward on R, scuff L, step forward on L, scuff R

5&6&    Cross R over L, step L to L side, rock back to R, cross L over R

7&8     Step R to R side, rock weight to L, cross R over L.

9,10    Touch L toe to L side (don't take weight), pop R knee (take weight on L)

11&12   Pop L knee (take weight on R), pop R knee (take weight on L),

        pop L knee (take weight on R)

13&14   Take weight on L as you Twist L heel out & step R to R side,

        step ball of L foot beside R, twist L heel out as you step R to R side

&15,16  Step ball of L foot beside R, Twist L heel out as you step R to R side,

        step L beside R.

17&18&  Step L to L side, step R behind L, step L turning 90 deg L, tap R toe beside L

19&20&  Step R to R side, step L behind R, step R to R side, tap L beside R.

21&22&  Step L to L side, step R behind L, step L turning 90 deg L,

        hitch R leg turning 90 deg L,

23&24& Step R to R side, hitch L leg and turn 90 deg L,

       Turn 180 deg L stepping forward on L, scuff R.

25&26& Rock forward on R, rock back on L, turn 180 deg R stepping onto R,

       hitch L leg turning 90 deg R

27&28& Step L to L side, hitch R leg while turn 90 deg R,

       turn 180 deg R stepping onto R, scuff L foot forward.

29&30& Rock forward on L, rock back on R, turn 180 deg L stepping on to L,
