The following 16 counts start with the beat of the music, these patterns are

travelling forward with a lot of attitude


1     Stomp R forward bending the knees and slightly crouching down

      while shaking the shoulders once


2-3   Shake shoulders twice more, with each shake rise up


4     Stomp L next to R and straighten up fully with a clap


5-8   Repeat the previous four counts starting with the L foot


1-8   Repeat the previous eight counts


Shimmy's, syncopated side steps

1-8   Repeat the previous eight steps for the start of the dance


&1,2  Step R to R, step L slightly to L, hold (weight on L)


&3&4  Keeping weight on L, move hips slightly R, L, R, L


&5,6  Step R to centre, step L to L, hold (weight on L)


&7,8  Step R to centre, step L to L, touch R beside and clap


1 1/4 turn touch cross behind

1-4   Travelling to R, step R, L, R, turning 1/4, 1/2, 1/2, step L next to R


5-6   Touch R toe to R, step R crossing behind L


7-8   Touch L toe to L, step L crossing behind R


Reversed Sailor Shuffles touch cross behind 1/2 turn

1&2   Step R to R, step onto L, Step R crossing behind L


3&4   Step L to L, step onto R, Step L crossing behind R


5,6   Touch R to R, step R crossing behind L bending knees


7,8   Turn 1/2 turn to L on ball of R foot with L foot stretched out and pointing
