The following 3 steps turn in a full circle to the right.

Keep your R foot in place and use your L leg to paddle around stepping......

&4        L,R  (you should now be facing the front)

&5        Scuff L fwd, Step fwd on L

The following 3 steps turn in a full circle to the left

Keep your L foot in place and use your R leg to paddle around stepping......

&6        R,L

&8        R,L  (you should now be facing the front)

&9&10     Scuff R across L, Step R across L, Step L to left, Step R behind L

&11,12    Step L to left, Rock/step R across L, Rock/return wt to L

&13&14    Step R to right, Step L across R, Step R to right, Step L behind R

&15,16    Step R to right, Rock/step L across R, Rock/return wt to R

&17&18    Step L beside R, Step fwd on R, Pivot 1/4 turn left transferring wt to L,

This dance was written by request from  Annette  Fyfe of Ashburton N.Z. who

wanted it for their club's 10th birthday celebrations. Delma , one of the crew,

just loves the song  and as I like it too  I was happy to oblige.

I wish The Mid Canterbury Dancing Cowboys, many more happy years of  dancing .

There are a few dances out to this 'golden oldie' country song so I tried to make this dance just a little different .  Hope you enjoy 'Blanketed In Love'
