It basically teaches 1/4 turn cha cha steps but it does have cross rock cha chas and also a 1/4 turn pivot. It's a good teaching dance. I chose this piece of music because of it's tempo. It gives you time to think about what you are doing, but it still has a distinct beat which is easy to follow. And the name of the dance? Well, the words to the song say 'I Hear You Knocking But You Can't Come In'. When I was a youngun the worst thing you could tell someone was P.O.Q. Seems pretty tame by today's standards doesn't it. . If you don't know what P.O.Q. stands for you must be too young - so go ask your Mum, and if SHE doesn't know then you better ask your GRANDMOTHER! See you on the floor sometime..... Jan |
