This song and dance is a bit rock n rolly -  well, it feels like that to me anyhow.

Use plenty of hips and knees in the last 8 counts of the dance - pretend you

are Elvis.... but don't get toooooo carried away, remember your hips n knees

aren't getting any younger and you might do yourself an injury  (-:
