   SAILOR STEP

2  Cross R behind L, step ball of L foot to L side, step R foot slightly to R

   COASTER STEP

2  Step back onto L, bring R next to L, step forward on L

4  Rock forward onto R, rock back onto L, Shuffle back R-L-R turning 180 deg to R

4  Shuffle forward L-R-L turning 180 deg to R, Rock back onto R, Stomp R foot forward,

   clap

4  Step forward onto L and pivot 90 deg R, Stomp L foot fwd, clap

2  Touch R toe forward with heel raised, drop heel

   Slap R thigh with R hand with a downward motion

2  Touch L toe forward with heel raised, drop heel, Slap R thigh with R hand with an

   upward motion (Looking over L shoulder towards front each time)

   HEEL BALL CHANGES

2  Touch R heel across in front of L foot, Bring R together and step L to L side

1  Touch R heel across in front of L foot

1  Bring R together and step L to L side turning 90 deg to L

4  Step forward onto R and pivot 270 deg to L, Shuffle R-L-R sideways to the R

1  Touch L heel across in front of R foot

4  Step forward onto L and pivot 180 deg R, Shuffle forward L-R-L

2  Touch R toe forward with heel raised , stomp R foot forward

4  Kick R foot forward twice, Rock back onto R, rock fwd onto L

2  Stomp R foot beside L, Rock back onto R, step L in place

4  Frieze R-L-R to R, touching L beside R with a clap

4  Bump hips forward, back, the forward twice

4  Bump hips back, forward, then back twice (weight on L)

2  Cross R toe over L with R heel raised, then turn 90 deg to L

   (keeping R heel raised and weight on L)

1  Slide R back dropping R heel, pushing L knee forward, raising L heel

1  Slide L back dropping L heel, pushing R knee fwd, raising R heel

1  Slide R back dropping R heel, pushing L knee fwd, raising L heel

1  Bring L together and touch R heel forward

4  Frieze R turning 90 deg to R, bring L next to R

4  Bump hips R-L-R twice (weight on R)

2  Cross L over R, step R to R side

2  Step forward on L at 45 deg to L, lock R behind L
