1-2-3       Walk fwd R, then L, Turn 1/2 left and step back on R (facing back wall)

4&          Step ball of L beside R, Step R slightly fwd

5-6-7       Walk fwd L, then R, Turn 1/2 right and step back on L (facing front)

8&          Step ball of R beside L, Step L slightly fwd


1-2-3       Walk fwd R, then L, then R

4&          Rock on L to side, Return weight to R at centre and at same time bring L

            leg in beside R (no weight on L)

5-6-7       Step back on L, then R, then L

8&          Rock R to side, Return weight to L at centre and at the same time bring R

            leg in beside L (no weight on R)


1-2-3       Step R to side, Cross L behind, Step R to side turning 1/4 right

4&          Rock fwd on L, Return weight to R turning 1/2 left
