2    Slide L foot to R heel using the R heel to "drag" the L foot

3-4  Step to the R side on R heel, step L Foot beside R turning to face front

5    Step to the L side on L heel turning the body slightly to L 

6    Slide R Foot to L Heel using the L Heel to "drag" the R Foot

7-8  Step to L side on L heel, step R foot beside L turning to face front


1-2  Touch R heel to the front (knee bent, toes turned out), hold

3-4  Touch R toe beside L heel (knee bent, heel turned out), hold

5    Touch R heel to the front (knee bent, toes turned out)

6    Touch R toe beside L heel (knee bent, heel turned out)

7    Step slightly forward on ball of R foot (toes pointed 45 deg R)
