         Shuffle fwd L-R-L


1,2,3&4  Step R to R side, step L behind R, side shuffle on the spot R-L-R

5,6,7&8  Step L to L side, step R behind L, side shuffle on the spot L-R-L


1,2,3,4  Step back on R, tap L toe next to R, step back on L, tap R toe next to L
