Beats                         Steps

1     Tap R toe to R side, R knee turned inwards 

      (This is an exaggerated move, touch approx. 18" from L foot)

2     Tap R toe at 45 deg R and to the front

3&4   Kick R foot forward, step backward on ball of R foot, step L foot across in

      front of R

5&6   Repeat previous counts 3&4

7-8   Step to R side on R foot, touch ball of L foot beside R


&1    Step to L side on L foot, touch ball of R foot beside L

&2    Step to R side on R foot, touch ball of L foot beside R

3&4   Shuffle to the L side, L-R-L

5     Making 1/2 turn L on ball of L foot, step R foot to the side

6     Making 1/2 turn L on ball of R foot stepping L foot to the side

      (These turns both travel to the L of the starting position)

7-8   Step R foot to R side, touch ball of L foot beside R


&1    Step to L side on L Foot, touch ball of R foot beside L

&2    Step to R side on R foot, touch ball of L foot beside R

3&4   Shuffle to the L side L-R-L making a 1/4 turn L on count 4

5-6   Step forward on R foot leaving L foot in place, rock back onto L foot

7-8   Rock forward onto R foot, hold


1     Bend R knee taking weight forward over R foot while lifting L foot behind R

      (This move is an exaggerated lunge, although there is no forward foot movement,

      the body moves forward and the R leg is then used to push the body backward for

      the next step)

2&3   Shuffle backwards L-R-L 

4     Step forward onto R foot

5     Step to the side on L foot making 1/4 turn L 

6     On ball of L foot make 1/2 turn L stepping forward on R foot

7     On ball of R foot make 1/2 turn L stepping forward on L foot 

(These steps are basically walking steps in a tight circle anti clockwise and the foot

position at the completion of step 7 should have the L foot forward and the R foot to

the rear of the L foot and crossed behind it)


8     Bring the R foot from behind to the R side of the L foot, tracing 1/4 circle

      anti clockwise with R toe to finish with feet in starting position.
