1&2   Step back onto L, bring R together, step forward onto L (Coaster Step)


1     Kick R across in front of L

3     Step R to R side, step L in place then hold

1     Push R knee in

1     Push L knee in, straightening R leg

2     Push R knee in, straightening L leg then hold


&1    Step R to R side and cross L over R

&1    Step R to R side and touch L heel forward at 45 deg

&1    Step L to L side and cross R over L

&1    Step R in place then step forward onto L

1     Step forward onto R - pushing R hand forward at waist level, palms down

4     Grind hips CCW twice for 2 beats each moving hand in similar motion

2     Rock back onto R, rock forward onto L


1     Step forward onto R

1     Turning 360 deg to L swing L leg around

1&2   Shuffle forward L-R-L

2     Step forward onto R and pivot 180 deg L

1&2   Touch R toe to R side, step R in place then cross L over R


2     Twist heels L & body 90 deg R then both to centre

1     Step L in place & hitch R knee

1     Step forward on R

2     Step forward onto L & scuff R foot forward

1     Hitch R knee and scoot forward on L

1     Touch R heel forward with toe raised

     

Fist forward across body (finishing with R on top of L wrist) & turn head & look L

2     Body roll down for 2 counts

2     Body Roll up for 2 counts


4     Step R to R side, step L behind R, step R to R turning 90 deg to R,

      touch L heel forward

1     Jump back onto L and touch R heel forward

1     Jump back onto R and touch L heel forward

1     Jump back onto L and touch R heel forward

1     Turn 180 deg R & jump forward landing with R fwd slightly L

4     Bump hips forward twice, bump hips  back twice

2     Roll knees & hips CCW turning 90 deg L lifting heels then dropping

2     Twist heels L then back to centre


2     Touch L toe to side with heel raised then slap heel down

2     Rock back onto R behind L, rock forward onto L

2     Rock onto R to R side, step onto L to L turning 90 deg L

2     Step forward onto R and pivot 180 deg L


4     Frieze R-L-R then touch L beside R and clap

1     Step L to L turning 90 L, step fwd onto R turning 180 deg L

1&2   Turn 180 deg L and shuffle forward L-R-L

&1    Stomp R then L

1     Kick R out to R side

2     Cross R over L and turn 270 deg L


2     Step R to R side, step L behind R

2     Step R to R side then cross L over R

1     Touch R toe to R side

&1    Bring R together and touch L toe to L side

&1    Bring L together and kick R foot forward

&1    Bring R together and kick L foot forward
