1-2    Rock/step R foot forward, rock backward onto L

3-4    Rock/step R foot forward, rock backward onto L

5&6    Rock R foot forward, step L foot beside R, step R foot forward

7-8    Step L foot forward, make 1/2 pivot turn R taking weight forward on R


9-10   Step L foot to side, step R foot across behind L

&11    Jump to side on L foot, step R foot beside L

12     Hold

13-14  Step L foot to side, step R foot across behind L

&15    Jump to side on L foot, step R foot beside L

16     Hold (with weight on R foot)


17-18  Rock/step L foot forward, rock backward onto R making 3/4 turn L

19     Step L foot forward

&20    Rock/step R foot to side, rock/replace weight onto L

21     Step R foot across in front of L

&22    Rock/step L foot to side, rock/replace weight onto R

23     Hold

&24    Step L foot beside R, step R foot in place


25-26  Rock/step L foot forward, rock backward onto R & make 1/4 turn L

27&28  Shuffle to L side L-R-L (optional full turn L on shuffle)

29     Step R foot forward

30-31  On balls of both feet twist heels R, twist heels centre taking weight onto L

&32    Step R foot beside L, step L foot in place

Choreographers Note: I was flattered (and very apprehensive) when this dance was

taught to myself and others in San Francisco as a "dedication" with steps front my

dances - surprisingly everyone seemed to like the end result. Because these dances

have been popular, hopefully most people shouldn't have too much trouble with this

dance.


** Counts 1-8 are Cuban Heels, 9-16 from Along For The Ride, 24-32 from Black & White

cha Cha and the rest culled from various others, The name comes from words that I used

to use to describe many of my dances - I have been informed that they were not

accurate descriptions, so l try very hard not to use them any more!!!
